DENVER, CO – One person was left in serious condition as a result of a bicycle-vehicle collision in Washington Park West on Monday, Denver Police said.

The cyclist was struck by a vehicle in the area of South Logan Street and East Tennessee Avenue after 6:15 p.m. The cyclist was rushed to a hospital, where they are recovering.
Police did not specify whether they closed the area, but told commuters to anticipate delays as they worked to clean up debris from the crash. They were also encouraged to seek alternative routes as crews worked to restore safe road conditions.
Police are actively working to determine the cause of the crash.
