SOUTH DENVER, CO – One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash that occurred south of Overland Golf Course in South Denver on Saturday.
Denver police first announced the crash at 10:08 p.m., saying it took place in the area of South Santa Fe Drive and West Evans Avenue. Officers shut down a portion of the intersection and confirmed lane reopenings at 5:24 a.m.

Officers have not disclosed how the crash unfolded, nor have they released the victim’s name.
