HUGO, CO – A man and woman in their 60s and a 75-year-old man were sent to the hospital after a driver of a vehicle crashed into a Lincoln County building on Tuesday, KDVR reports.

Preliminary details show the 75-year-old man was driving a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek when he lost control of it and plowed into a building located at 103 3rd Street. The man struck two employees, a 64-year-old man and a 60-year-old woman.

A medical helicopter transported the 60-year-old woman to a hospital, and an ambulance transported the two men to a hospital.

The woman sustained injuries deemed life-threatening, and the 64-year-old man suffered serious injuries.

The building was left with significant damage.

Colorado State Patrol said charges are pending.
