DENVER, CO – A bicyclist suffered fatal injuries as a result of a hit-and-run collision that happened in the Villa Park neighborhood Saturday.
Denver police first announced the crash at 2:05 a.m. and said it took place in the area of West 14th Avenue and North Yates Street. EMS crews were summoned to the scene and transported the cyclist, initially in serious condition, to a hospital. There, the cyclist later died.
