DENVER, CO – An electric scooter rider sustained serious injuries after they were struck by a vehicle in North Capitol Hill Sunday night.
Denver police first announced the collision at 8:37 p.m., stating it took place in the area of North Clarkson Street and East Colfax Avenue. After arriving, officers issued a two-hour closure for Colfax, starting at North Washington Street and ending at Clarkson. All lanes reopened after 10:30 p.m.
