News: Suspect sought in injury hit-and-run scooter collision

DENVER, CO – Last Wednesday, Denver police said they are looking for a hit-and-run suspect responsible for causing a crash that injured a scooter rider last month. 

The suspect ran over the scooter operator on Park Avenue West on Thursday, Feb 20., according to Denver 7. 

Officers said the suspect was operating a light-colored SUV that is likely to have sustained minor damage to the front or passenger side. 

The public is urged to contact authorities immediately if they have any more information on the wreck.
