Vehicles collide in Montbello, sending 2 to hospital

DENVER, CO – Two people were sent to the hospital after a two-vehicle crash that happened in the Montbello neighborhood west of Parkfield Lake Park on Thursday.

Denver police first reported the crash at 5:38 p.m. and said it occurred at the intersection of Crown Boulevard and Maxwell Place.

Officers told drivers to expect delays as transportation crews worked to clean up debris from the crash.

The exact cause of the crash is under investigation.
