THORNTON, CO – A 39-year-old woman lost her life to a pedestrian collision that happened in the Todd Creek area last Friday, Dec. 12.
KDVR said the 39-year-old woman was struck by a vehicle while either walking or standing in the 7600th block of East 160th Avenue. The woman died from her injuries at the scene.
The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators. Thornton police said they did not exhibit signs of impairment.
A full investigation is underway.
