AURORA, CO – One person was seriously injured as a result of a crash that damaged Hood Wrench Cycles, an Aurora bicycle shop, on Monday, CBS News reports.

The store owner, Justin Hood, said police told him that the driver may have suffered a medical episode, which caused him to drift off North Billings Street and plow into the store.

Police said the driver was left in serious condition and transported to a hospital for treatment.

Several bicycles inside the shop, including the ones in for repairs, were significantly damaged, and parts of the walls were totaled. Hood is in the process of telling the owners of the bicycles that were in the process of repairs about the crash and is working with the store’s insurance company on the next steps.
