NEAR MEAD, CO – First responders were dispatched to the scene of a vehicle collision that took place on Interstate 25 South near Mead on Thursday.
Jayson Luber first reported the crash at 8:03 a.m., saying emergency vehicles blocked a portion of the road to clean up debris from the crash and investigate the details behind the accident.

During the closures, Luber recommended that drivers use side roads to get to their final destinations.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
