BRIGHTON, CO – Colorado Department of Transportation had to close a portion of northbound U.S. 85 in Brighton due to a Tuesday morning collision.

Total Traffic & Weather Network – Denver first reported the crash at 5 a.m. and said they closed the interstate between West Bromley Lane and CO-7.

Officials have not specified the cause of the crash or whether anyone was injured.
