SOUTHWEST DENVER, CO – A driver’s life was claimed in a single-vehicle collision in Southwest Denver on Thursday, Denver Police said.

Police reported the crash before 9 p.m., saying it happened in the vicinity of Sheridan Boulevard and Bates Avenue.
Police said the driver died from their injuries at the scene.
Police do not know the specifics of what led to the crash, but are working to determine any contributing factors.
