News: First responders close westbound Iliff Ave. in Denver due to crash

DENVER, CO – First responders had to shut down the westbound lanes of East Iliff Avenue along South Elkhart Street on Friday due to a crash with injuries.

Jayson Luber, from Denver 7 Traffic, first reported the crash at 6:06 a.m., and said closures were between South Chambers Road and Sable.

Luber reported the crash as serious, but did not specify how many people were injured.

Authorities have not reported any citations or charges for the involved occupants and are working to determine the events that led to the collision.
