DENVER, CO – First responders had to shut down Interstate 25 South along Highway 36 due to a vehicle accident on Tuesday.

Jayson Luber, from Denver 7 Traffic, first reported the collision at 6:56 a.m. in an X post, saying it happened on the exit lane.

Transportation crews closed at least two lanes of traffic and seemed to require the presence of a fire engine truck, an ambulance, and two law enforcement vehicles, according to one of the comments under Luber’s post.

The events leading to the crash, however, remain unclear, and no injuries or citations have been reported.
