DENVER, CO – A scooter rider was seriously hurt in a collision with a vehicle in the Lincoln Park area on Thursday, Denver Police said.

Police reported the crash at 6:06 p.m., saying it happened at the intersection of North Galapago Street and West 10th Avenue.
Police confirmed the scooter rider was operating a stand-up scooter, and said the vehicle driver remained at the scene.
Police have not reported any citations or charges for the driver.
