DENVER, CO – A pedestrian was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash that happened in the Westwood neighborhood on Sunday, Denver Police said.

Police reported the crash at 10:20 p.m., saying the pedestrian was struck by a hit-and-run vehicle on the 4600th block of West Tennessee Avenue.
EMS crews took the pedestrian to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
Police did not report any lane closures, but told drivers to expect delays as they worked to clear the area.
